These pictures are of a Telewest cabinet down the road from me which I 
found open. I am unsure how the cabinet came to be open - as you can see 
from the photos the bolts which would hold the doors shut are in the open 
position, so either someone picked the lock or left it open. The lock 
mechanism does not appear to have been damaged in any way.
